Is ordering through tolomart safe?

Our absolute priority is to offer the safest service possible to customers and vendors and we have taken a number of important actions to ensure we deliver goods safely for everyone.

Who can use the platform?

Anyone who needs the sell/buy electronically may use the platform

What payment options are there?

We accept all international payments, direct bank transfer, telebirr and cash on delivery.

What delivery methods are available?

Currently Tolomart owns motorcycles and some other vehicles. We have also signed contractual agreement with 3rd party delivery companies.

How long will it take to get my package?

The current estimated time range to deliver your order after it’s picked up from the vendor is 45 min – 1hr.

Can I order for charity organizations?

Yes, Absolutely, we proudly deliver your orders for free to the Charity Organizations, and we are already working with different Charity Organizations as a social responsibility, read more for details

Can I change the delivery address after payment?

Yes, If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can help you to cancel and re-order.

How do I place an order?

Go to our website and register. Then login and select your vendor from the vendor menu at the top. Add your items to the cart and go to the check out page.

Do you provide door to door service?

Yes, currently door to door delivery is available.

What time can I order?

We deliver every day from morning until late at night (GMT +3). Different vendors will have different opening times. Visit the homepage or the app to see which vendors are available in your area and check out their operation times.

Can I collect my order?

Yes. You can use local Pickup (pick up at the store) service to collect orders from participating vendor’s shops.

Can I get refund?

No, we don’t process refunds once you purchased the items online and your payments go through.

How can I remove items from shopping cart?

First click on “cart” button at the right top of shopping cart page Secondly click” delete” button. The item will be removed from shopping cart.

How can I keep in touch with you?
